The
Brutt Saver MicroPile is also available as an injection pile
in both diameters.
The 1 meter length pile units, are hammered in and connected by means of a screw
stud made of anodised high tensile aluminium. The total length of the inserted
pile is dependent on the required loading capacity and load bearing capacity
of the ground.
The technology Saver MicroPile is based on an even distribution of the loads
to be carried over several points to prevent point loading.
Internal load carrying capacity
The internal load carrying capacity of the pile is determined by the material
used for the production of the piles. Since the Brutt Saver MicroPile is a prefabricated
factory produced pile, we can guarantee a permanent high standard of quality.
External load carrying capacity
The external load carrying capacity of the pile is determined by the ultimate
soil friction, surface of the pile (skin friction) and end bearing capacity.
Standard values with pile-length between 3 and 6 meters:
Standard pile 3 to 12 tons
Injection pile 13 to 18 tons
